Job Summary
NC Visas Immigration Services is looking for an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in immigration counselling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful clients while providing professional guidance throughout the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients for Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, Work Visas, and Study Visas.
- Evaluate client profiles and recommend the most suitable immigration pathway.
- Explain eligibility, documentation, timelines, and application procedures.
- Manage client relationships from consultation to application submission.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth case handling.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely updates.
- Stay informed about the latest immigration rules and policy changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant.
- Proven experience in immigration sales and client counselling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office is preferred.
