We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our growing team at Om Shree Interiors. With over 15 years of excellence in delivering luxury residences and massive commercial spaces, our office staff plays a critical role as a coordinator.
Office Administrator – Om shree Interiors
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing project quotations and cost estimates.
2. Generating bills, invoices, and maintaining billing records.
3. Handling purchase orders and documentation.
4. Coordinating with internal teams.
5. Managing office operations and administrative activities.
6. Maintaining and updating project data and records.
7. Performing extensive work on Microsoft Excel including data entry, tracking, and reporting.
9. Assisting in scheduling, follow-ups, and communication related to ongoing projects.
10. Ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
2. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
3. Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing.
4. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Interior quotation work training will be provided
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
