Role Overview
We're hiring a proactive and result-driven Last Mile Delivery Supervisor to manage our daily delivery operations in Mumbai. You'll lead a team of delivery personnel, ensure on-time order fulfillment, and drive continuous improvements in route efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations.
Manage delivery executives and ensure complete route coverage.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
Ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining service quality.
Handle customer delivery escalations professionally.
Maintain attendance, delivery records, and operational MIS.
Monitor vehicle utilization and driver performance.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Train and guide delivery staff to improve productivity
Required Skills
Experience in Logistics or Last Mile Operations.
Strong team handling skills.
Route planning and fleet coordination.
Good knowledge of Mumbai routes.
Basic Excel and MIS reporting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in early morning shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or team supervision
Prior experience in FMCG, dairy, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery preferred
Knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations is an added advantage
Compensation: Up to ₹20,000/month
Pay: ₹10,091.56 - ₹25,483.02 per month
Work Location: In person
