We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing delivery challans (DCs), invoices, vendor payment follow-ups, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans (DCs), invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for billing and payment processes.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding pending payments and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, purchase orders, and dispatch details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and task completion.
- Handle office administrative activities and support daily operations.
- Assist in vendor management and communication.
- Ensure timely filing and updating of documents and reports.
- Support management with coordination, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP/Excel and other administrative systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, billing, invoicing, or office coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and vendor coordination processes.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and handle coordination efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling dispatch documentation and vendor management.
