Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Explain CureNearMe products and services professionally.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the field sales team.
- Coordinate regularly with on-field sales executives and management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities through telecalling.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling cold calls and sales conversations.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Professional and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
