Based on the number of hours worked per day the monthly payout will be calculated and paid accordingly. The Per Hour Pay is INR 100
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives (Voice Process). The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering a high standard of service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and call handling guidelines
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required
- Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, TAT)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in customer service / call center (Freshers can apply)
- Minimum qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willingness to work in rotational & Night shifts
