Position Summary
The Server / Helper is responsible for assisting customers, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, supporting kitchen operations when required, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Assist customers with menu-related questions.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Dining Area Management
- Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas remain clean and organized.
- Clear tables after customer use.
- Refill water and assist customers as required.
- Maintain café cleanliness throughout operating hours.
Kitchen & Operational Support
- Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation and packaging tasks when required.
- Help in receiving and storing supplies.
- Support takeaway and delivery order packing.
- Ensure service counters are properly stocked.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow food handling and hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Ensure cleanliness of serving utensils, trays, and workstations.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
