Job Purpose
To manage employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, overtime calculations, and payroll processing accurately and within timelines while ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for staff, workers, trainees, and contract manpower.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, incentives, deductions, and salary revisions before payroll processing.
- Ensure timely generation of salary sheets, bank transfer statements, and payslips.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement.
- Handle full & final settlements of resigned employees.
- Maintain payroll records and employee salary data confidentiality.
Time Office Management
- Monitor daily attendance through biometric/muster systems.
- Maintain shift rosters, gate passes, overtime records, and leave management.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of attendance with department heads.
- Verify contractor manpower attendance and billing records.
- Prepare absenteeism, manpower, overtime, and shift reports.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance related to:
- PF
- ESI
- PT (if applicable)
- LWF
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- Assist in statutory audits and labor inspections.
- Maintain statutory registers and records under labor laws.
Employee Coordination
- Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads for employee data updates.
- Support joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation formalities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate MIS reports related to payroll, attendance, manpower, overtime, and leave.
- Maintain employee master database and records.
- Prepare monthly dashboards for management review.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws
- Understanding of attendance and shift management systems
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Bonus, and statutory compliance
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience with HRMS/Payroll software
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / MBA (HR) / PGDM-HR preferred
- Certification in Payroll or Labor Laws will be an added advantage
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Payroll & Time Office functions
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
