Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential and commercial architectural design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing technical drawings, and supporting projects from concept through construction while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and client expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & Planning
- Understand client requirements, project objectives, and site conditions.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, design presentations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Create and modify 3D models and visual presentations using industry-standard software.
- Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into projects.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants.
- Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and overall design coordination.
- Prepare and review construction documentation, specifications, and technical details.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory requirements.
Client Management
- Participate in client meetings and design presentations.
- Communicate project progress and gather client feedback.
- Revise designs based on client inputs while maintaining project quality and timelines.
Construction Support
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams during project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and adherence to design intent.
- Resolve design-related queries and provide technical support during construction.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
- Explore innovative construction methods and sustainable design practices.
- Contribute creative ideas that enhance project functionality and aesthetics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
- Professional registration/licensure will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent design visualization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
