Job Description – Prompt Engineer / GenAI Specialist
Key Responsibilities Design and refine prompts for chatbots, automation, and AI workflows. Evaluate AI outputs and optimize for accuracy, bias, and performance. Build reusable prompt libraries and frameworks. Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, and Engineering teams. Required Skills Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.). Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, NLP, and Generative AI. Experience with Python or scripting (preferred). Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve model outputs. Experience 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Prompt Engineering roles. Nice to Have Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, or AI workflows. Exposure to enterprise AI use cases such as chatbots, automation, and document processing
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
