Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chapter Lead – Digital Marketing Campaigns to lead a high-performing squad of campaign specialists and engineers in Configuring, executing, and optimising data-driven digital marketing campaigns. You will be the technical and functional lead for running Campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC), driving both the craft excellence of your chapter members and the end-to-end delivery of outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Chapter Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a chapter of campaign specialists skilled in Adobe marketing technology
Define and uphold craft standards, best practices, and ways of working across the chapter
Conduct regular 1:1s, skill assessments, and career development conversations
Partner with Product Owner and Hive Lead to allocate chapter members to squads and initiatives
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail) via Adobe Campaign Classic
Translate business and marketing objectives into campaign workflows, audience segmentation strategies, and personalisation logic
Govern the campaign calendar, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery with zero critical defects
Drive A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversion
Adobe Campaign Classic – Adoption
Serve as the SME for workflows, delivery templates, typology rules, seed addresses, and control groups
Review complex ACC workflows for data ingestion, audience selection, deduplication, and post-campaign reporting
Troubleshoot campaign workflows — Work with Production Engineering team in diagnosing failures, identify bottlenecks, resolve data issues, and implement fixes under time pressure
Investigate ACC delivery logs (broadLog, trackingLog, excludeLog) to produce detailed delivery reports covering deliverability, bounce analysis, exclusion reasons, and recipient-level activity
Review & feedback on schema design, data model relationships, and ETL pipelines feeding ACC
Data, Analytics & Optimisation
Define KPIs for campaign performance and establish dashboards for real-time monitoring
Drive post-campaign analysis, deriving actionable insights to feed back into strategy
Ensure data quality, consent management, and suppression lists are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, PDPA, etc.)
Governance & Compliance
Enforce brand, legal, and regulatory compliance across all outbound communications
Maintain documentation for campaign processes, workflow runbooks, and change management procedures
Liaise with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams on data usage and communication guidelines
Strategy
Responsible for contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives by applying specialized skills to deliver high-quality work
Business
Responsible for collaborating with squad members to deliver value-driven solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives
Accountable for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within their area of expertise
Provide domain expertise to support decision-making and problem-solving within the team

Area Requirements
Adobe Campaign Classic Product
Atleast 5-8 years hands-on; expert in workflows, JS scripting, delivery configuration, typology rules in Adobe Campaign tool
Workflow Troubleshooting
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex ACC workflow failures; Drive root cause analysis under production conditions
Delivery Log Analysis
Hands-on experience investigating broadLog, trackingLog, and excludeLog tables to produce actionable delivery and exclusion reports
Data Model & Schemas
Strong understanding of ACC's out-of-the-box schema model; experience extending schemas, managing custom tables, and mapping data relationships
Leadership
3+ years leading a functional team or chapter; strong coaching and performance management skills
Campaign Management
Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalisation at scale
Data & SQL
Proficient in SQL for audience queries, log investigation, and data reconciliation
Banking Domain
Solid understanding of retail or corporate banking products, customer journeys, and regulatory communication requirements in financial services
Agile / SAFe
Familiar with squad-based delivery models, backlog management, and PI planning
Analytics
Experience with campaign reporting tools (Adobe Analytics)
Compliance
Working knowledge of GDPR, PDPA, or equivalent data privacy frameworks
Other Technical Skills
Exposure to CDP platforms (Adobe RTCDP)
Exposure to Adobe Workfront
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template development\
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools
Leadership Skills

Qualifications
Adobe Certifcation in Adobe Campaign
Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
