Video Editor & Graphic Designer – Meta Ads Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Graphic Designer to develop high-converting visual content for Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging ad creatives, editing videos, designing graphics, and optimizing content to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Create and edit video advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and Stories.
- Convert raw footage into compelling ad creatives with strong hooks and clear calls-to-action.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and animations.
- Edit videos in multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9) for various Meta placements.
- Conduct creative testing by producing multiple video variations for A/B testing.
Graphic Design
- Design static ad creatives, carousel ads, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Create visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Design thumbnails, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on marketing briefs and audience insights.
Meta Ads Creative Support
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create conversion-focused creatives.
- Analyze ad performance and implement creative improvements based on campaign data.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, platform updates, and creative best practices.
- Ensure all creatives comply with Meta advertising policies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad formats.
- Experience creating direct-response and performance marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and short-form video editing.
- Excellent visual storytelling and typography skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Experience creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video ads and graphic design work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) style ads.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quality and volume of ad creatives produced.
- Creative testing turnaround time.
- Improvement in CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and campaign deadlines.
Pay: ₹8,719.90 - ₹29,335.20 per month
