Responsibilities:
* Handle outbound and inbound customer calls
* Follow up on pending EMI/payment dues
* Maintain collection records and recovery status
* Achieve daily and monthly targets
* Resolve customer queries professionally
Eligibility:
* 12th Pass / Graduate
* Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
* Good Communication Skills in Hindi & Basic English
* Basic Computer Knowledge
* Experience in Collection / Recovery / BPO will be an added advantage
