- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business process initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to bridge gaps and foster mutual understanding.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Competence in analyzing user tasks and workflows to optimize process efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
