AREN FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a motivated HR Executive / Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to support recruitment and HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for various positions within the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
