Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and policy implementation. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, exits, and documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Generate HR reports and MIS for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Location: Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
