Role: Junior Consultant (MBBS)
Location: MG Road, Camp, Pune (On-site)
Clinic: Dr. Love Essentials (360° Inner Balance Outer Radiance)
The Mission
As our primary Junior Consultant, you will be the clinical backbone of the "Inner Balance" half of our brand. You will work directly with the founder and consultant specialists to manage patient cases involving hormonal health, metabolic wellness, and sexual health. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on expertise in the booming field of Functional Medicine and Medical Aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Consultations: Conduct detailed primary consultations for hormonal health, weight management, and sexual wellness patients.
- Case Management: Design and monitor customized treatment protocols involving supplements, lifestyle changes, and hormonal therapies.
- Aesthetic Assistance: Assist the Consultant Dermatologist in invasive and non-invasive aesthetic procedures, with the opportunity to be trained in advanced aesthetic medicine.
- Diagnostic Over-read: Interpret specialized lab reports (hormonal panels, gut health, metabolic markers) and explain them clearly to patients.
- Quality & Ethics: Ensure all clinical practices adhere to the highest medical ethics and the specific "Welcoming & Non-judgmental" SOPs of Dr. Love Essentials.
Required Qualifications
- Education: MBBS degree from a recognized institution (MCI/NMC registered).
- Clinical Interest: A genuine interest in lifestyle medicine, endocrinology, or medical aesthetics.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English and Hindi. The ability to discuss sensitive health topics with empathy and professional maturity is non-negotiable.
- Experience: 0–2 years. We are happy to mentor a fresh graduate who has a "growth mindset."
