CNG Workshop Supervisor

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced CNG Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our automobile workshop. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of automobiles, experience in managing technicians, and the ability to ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations and technician activities.
- Assign and monitor repair, service, and CNG installation jobs.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Diagnose and support the resolution of complex mechanical and CNG-related issues.
- Manage workshop productivity, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding job status and customer updates.
- Monitor spare parts usage and workshop inventory.
- Maintain job records and service documentation.
- Train and guide technicians to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automobile Mechanic, Senior Technician, or Workshop Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of automobile mechanical systems.
- Experience in CNG kit installation and servicing is preferred.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage workshop operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
