JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
F Regular sales calling on doctors (8-10) / corporate clients (5 - 7).
F Daily reporting of sales activities in the prescribed formats as instructed by the superior from time to time.
F To act as a single point of contact for all referrals from doctors (Universe of Doctors : 250 bifurcated area wise)/assigned corporate clients (Universe of 100 -150 accounts)
F Detail all the services of the hospital, allay fears and ensure footfalls (in and patient).
F Prioritize clients and keep track of the competition.
F Implement marketing strategies as undertaken from time to time.
F Process ownership of the assigned medical department.
F To maintain absolute integrity with the organization and its members
F Use and maintain all office equipments appropriately, especially those issued exclusively to him.
F Maintain pleasant disposition at all times and be willing to attend to need of clients of the hospital beyond his duty hours.
F Organize self and his office for effective response.
F To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
F To be aware of departments performance and objective.
F To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
F To adhere to the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
F To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karaikkudi, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Hospital Marketing : 2 years (Preferred)
