Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market insights.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales planning.
- Target-driven with excellent relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
