Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality standards, and ensure efficient coordination between kitchen staff and service teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, operational knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff activities
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices
- Coordinate food preparation and service during operational hours
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Reduce wastage and maintain cost efficiency
- Train and guide kitchen staff on SOPs and recipes
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Coordinate with service team for smooth order execution
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness in all kitchen areas
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of kitchen operations experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary diploma/certification preferred
