Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager (R.M) to lead sales and business growth across Gujarat, & J&K. The role involves managing Area Business Managers (ABMs) and their field teams to:
- Drive prescription generation from doctors
- Achieve sales targets
- Expand market presence
- Build strong doctor engagement in dermatology & cosmetology
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets through doctor prescriptions.
- Lead, coach & develop ABMs and their field teams.
- Ensure effective doctor coverage, call planning & brand promotion.
- Build strong KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships in dermatology & cosmetology.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential relationship.
- Track competitor activities and share market insights.
Requirements
- Graduate in Pharma / Life Sciences / Business; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of pharma sales experience, with 3–5 years in managerial role (Dermatology/Cosmetology preferred).
- Strong network of dermatologists & cosmetologists in Punjab, Haryana & J&K.
- Proven track record of driving prescription-based sales.
- Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills.
- Willing to travel extensively.
