What We're Looking For:
- Fluent communication in English and Gujarati (Mandatory)
- Confident and professional phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and guide them effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM/WhatsApp)
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred

- Connect with potential and existing customers via calls and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and provide product information
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
- Deliver a premium customer experience with every interaction
