Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
ReactJS, Full stack development Technical Lead to guide our front-end development team and be an individual contributor in building high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
ReactJS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end architecture, along with proven leadership skills to mentor developers and ensure best practices.
Key Responsibilities-
Technical Leadership

Lead the design, development, and deployment of ReactJS-based applications.

Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.

Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance.

Project Delivery

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver features on time.

Break down complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

Ensure smooth integration with APIs and backend services.

Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
Technical Skills
-
9+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 6+ years in ReactJS.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

Knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and package managers (npm, yarn).
Education-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
