Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering
Preferred Industry: PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Industry / Structural Steel / Fabrication
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced PEB Site Engineer with knowledge of site execution, erection activities, and project coordination. The candidate should be capable of handling PEB site work, manpower, material coordination, and client communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor PEB erection and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with the factory and dispatch team for timely material availability at the site.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project timelines.
- Handle site manpower, contractors, and supervisors effectively.
- Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Coordinate with clients and attend site meetings when required.
- Check material quantity and maintain proper site records.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Support project completion within the given timeline.
- Ensure proper unloading, storage, and handling of materials at the site.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PEB erection and structural steel works
- Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of site execution and project handling
- Basic understanding of safety and quality standards
- Ability to manage manpower and contractors effectively
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred
