Position: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized PPC Executive to manage production planning, scheduling, coordination, and inventory control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, timely delivery, and efficient utilization of resources while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
* Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
* Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.
* Maintain production records, reports, and MIS data.
* Track raw material availability and coordinate with the purchase department.
* Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
* Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
* Follow up on pending orders and production targets.
* Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards.
* Analyze production delays and suggest process improvements.
* Ensure timely dispatch and order completion as per customer requirements.
Required Skills:
* Good knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Excel, ERP Software, and MIS reporting.
* Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
Qualification:
* MBA / B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate in Operations, Production, or related field.
