Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stores Executive to manage inventory, material movement, and store operations in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic product development environment where requirements evolve quickly, and accuracy is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and tracking of electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, development kits, prototypes, and engineering samples.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability through ERP systems, inventory software, or approved documentation processes.
- Monitor stock levels, component consumption, and material availability; coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishment.
- Support various Departments and Procurement teams by ensuring the availability of materials required for prototype builds, testing, validation, and new product development activities.
- Assist in BOM verification, component allocation, inventory reconciliation, and material planning for development projects.
- Conduct periodic stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and control.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, handling, and adherence to FIFO practices where applicable.
- Track inward and outward material movements and maintain accurate store documentation, reports, and records.
- Manage excess, obsolete, non-moving, and development-specific inventory to optimize stock utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory control standards, safety requirements, and best practices for material management.
Eligibility: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in ECE, EEE, Electronics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline. 0.5–3 years of experience in Stores, Inventory Management, Component Handling, or Material Management.
Experience in an EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, Product Development, R&D, or Engineering environment is preferred.
