Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, creating engaging content, and supporting brand awareness initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to build a successful career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and social media campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on data and ROI.
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising initiatives.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Track leads and optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation abilities.
- Analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
