We are looking for a proactive HR professional who can drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition while supporting key People Operations initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of recruitment expertise, HR operations knowledge, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a structured organization with well-defined HR processes and systems and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

4–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Proven experience hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech positions.

Good understanding of payroll coordination, employee documentation, compliance, and HR processes.

Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS platforms.

Experience working in a structured organization with established HR practices and systems.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in SaaS, Technology, Product, or Startup environments will be an added advantage.
