Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Talent Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top IT talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding technical job requirements, and building a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top IT talent across various domains and geographies. You will play a critical role in building a robust talent pipeline, ensuring the best fit for organizational needs, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for IT positions, including IT Infrastructure Managed Services Professional and other technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Leverage data and market insights to forecast hiring trends and create proactive sourcing plans.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify top IT talent.
- Engage passive candidates and effectively pitch the organization's value proposition and role opportunities.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Screening and Selection:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and technical leads.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives that attract IT professionals.
- Assist with creation of job descriptions and content to enhance online presence on career pages and social media platforms.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to measure and improve hiring efficiency.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose solutions to optimize efficiency.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and relevant labour laws.
- Continuously refine and improve the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and alignment with business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure Managed Services and other technical roles.
- Job requirements and technologies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and X-ray search.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
