Aspire Securities is looking for dynamic and motivated Equity Advisors who can build strong client relationships and assist clients in their investment journey. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, updating and maintaining client data, assisting clients in equity trading activities, and providing excellent customer support.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, market understanding, confidence in client handling, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in stock market, broking, financial services, sales, or client relationship management.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in equity advisory or trading support will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of equity market and investment products is required.
Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Call existing and prospective clients regarding market opportunities and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable investment guidance.
Client Trading Support
- Assist clients in executing trades in the equity market.
- Coordinate with clients regarding buying and selling opportunities.
- Ensure smooth execution of trades as per company guidelines and compliance
- policies.
- Follow up with clients regarding portfolio updates and market movements.Data Management & Updating
Business Development
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Promote company investment products and services.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
- Maintain a professional approach while expanding the client base.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
