Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Conduct salary negotiations and release offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and job fairs.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment trackers.
- Positive attitude with excellent coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,107.68 - ₹30,000.00 per month
