Job Summary
We are looking for young, energetic, and sales-oriented candidates to join our team as Field Sales & Marketing Executives. This is a dynamic role combining telecalling and extensive outdoor field marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Field Marketing: Conduct daily outdoor visits to meet clients, present our services, and generate sales.
- Telecalling & Follow-ups: Connect with potential leads over the phone to pitch services and schedule meetings.
- Target Achievement: Work proactively to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- License Mandatory: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License for daily field travel.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with great energy and a passion for sales are welcome).
- Languages: Multilingual fluency is required. Must be fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, and an energetic personality.
