Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management
- Search and identify Government and private tenders relevant to the company's services.
- Monitor GeM, CPPP, e-Tender portals, Railways, PSUs, Municipal Corporations, and other procurement websites.
- Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare tender checklists and bid schedules.
- Prepare technical and financial bids.
- Maintain bid documentation and records.
- Ensure timely submission of bids before deadlines.
Commercial & Contract Review
- Review tender clauses and identify contractual risks.
- Coordinate clarifications and pre-bid queries.
- Negotiate commercial terms where applicable.
- Assist in contract execution after award.
Business Development
- Track upcoming tenders and business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with Government departments, PSUs, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate client meetings and presentations.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives.
Experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience in bid management or tendering.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Government sector tenders.
- Experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security, Manpower Services, Railways, Municipal Corporations, PSUs, or Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
