Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive – Immigration Services
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining immigration and visa services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for counselors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain immigration, visa, PR, work permit, student visa, and consultancy services.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain client database and call records.
- Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or immigration process is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
Salary
- Fixed salary + Incentives
- Performance bonuses may be provided.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
