Role Description The Regional Marketing Manager North & West India, the role is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to expand market presence for Manushree Chemicals’ product portfolio, including pigment dyes, optical brightening agents, and industrial chemicals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, managing regional campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams to support customer acquisition and retention. The Regional Marketing Manager will oversee branding and promotional activities, prepare marketing materials, analyze campaign performance, and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region. The role also involves monitoring competitor activity, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with market research and data analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and regional growth opportunities.
Proficiency in conduting trial of various chemicals in Paper Industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales teams and clients.
Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple initiatives.
Comfort with field activities such as client visits, product demonstrations.
Ability to work independently, make data-informed decisions, and adapt strategies to regional market conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Paper Technology.
Previous experience in a regional or territory marketing or sales role is highly beneficial.
