Kindergarten Teacher
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and child-centered Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster inquiry-based learning, nurture curiosity, and create a joyful classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Develop Units of Inquiry based on transdisciplinary themes
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Encourage inquiry, exploration, and concept-based learning
- Observe, assess, and document student progress using formative and summative assessments
- Maintain portfolios and student records as per IB standards
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning
- Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication
- Participate in school events, professional development
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood / Primary preferred)
- Montessori / ECCE certification is an advantage
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and experiential learning
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood development
- Freshers with strong foundational knowledge may also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,735.81 - ₹15,143.56 per month
