Job Title: Technical Trainer (Maruti Suzuki Training Center) Location:Hennur Bangalore Education: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Experience: 2 to 3 Years (from Training background or Dealership technical role) Role: a. Conduct technical training programs for Dealer manpower based on requirements b. Conduct practical training sessions for Dealer manpower c. Practical evaluation of Dealer Manpower & identification of area of improvement d. Support in development of training material in vernacular language Competencies: · Very good knowledge about Automobiles · Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of Automobiles (preferably passenger cars) · Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of Automobiles (preferably passenger cars) · Strong Communication & interpersonal communication · Able to impart trainings in English and vernacular Language · LMV license must be available Benefits: · Accidental Policy and Health Insurance
