Autism Alliance is a multidisciplinary centre dedicated to the assessment and management of Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Our integrated team includes Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Behaviour Therapists, and Parent Training Professionals. Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and highly organized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be the first point of contact for parents seeking information about our services.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle enquiries professionally while maintaining complete follow-up and coordination with the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Enquiry Handling
- Attend all inbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand the caller's concerns and answer general queries regarding Autism Alliance services.
- Explain assessment and therapy services in a simple and parent-friendly manner.
- Guide parents regarding appointment procedures and required documentation.
- Escalate clinical queries to the concerned professional whenever required.
Appointment Management
- Schedule new consultations, assessments, and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate appointment availability with therapists and clinicians.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders via calls, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- Ensure minimum appointment cancellations and no-shows through timely follow-up.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Maintain detailed records of every enquiry and interaction.
- Perform timely follow-up calls with prospective families.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Track pending leads until closure.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
Coordination
- Coordinate between parents, therapists, front office, and management.
- Inform therapists regarding appointment schedules and changes.
- Ensure smooth communication between different departments.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain CRM/database records accurately.
- Update enquiry status, follow-up dates, visit outcomes, and remarks.
- Generate daily and weekly reports of enquiries, appointments, conversions, and follow-ups.
Desired Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi will be an added advantage for Ludhiana).
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and counselling orientation.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in CRM, Front Office, Admissions, Counselling, Healthcare, Education, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a learning attitude may also apply.
