CRM Executive (Females) – GEM Elevator
Job Summary
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer information, tracking sales leads, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely follow-ups from inquiry to project completion. The role focuses on maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting the sales and operations teams.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
Lead Management
- Receive and register new inquiries.
- Assign leads to sales executives.
- Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Update lead status regularly in the CRM.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team on quotations and customer requirements.
- Track quotation approvals and customer feedback.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and pending opportunities.
- Generate sales-related reports for management.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Logistics, and Site teams after order confirmation.
- Track project milestones from order booking to installation.
- Ensure customer commitments are communicated to all departments.
- Monitor project completion timelines.
Documentation
- Maintain customer files and project documentation.
- Update contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and correspondence.
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Report lead conversions and pending follow-ups.
- Track customer complaints and resolution status.
- Maintain project status dashboards.
After-Sales Support
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers.
- Track warranty and service requests.
- Schedule preventive maintenance reminders.
- Collect customer feedback after project completion.
Skills Required

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or operations.
- Experience in the elevator, construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
