Specialist Assistant Manager, Learning Facilitation and Coaching
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Learning Facilitation and Coaching on the Deloitte Technology Academy team, you will be responsible for delivering Salesforce-focused technical training and enabling learner capability development across programs.
- Facilitate technical training sessions in one or more Salesforce skill areas for adult learners.
- Deliver instruction on Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Apex, Lightning Components (Aura), Lightning Web Components, Salesforce DX, and development operations (DevOps).
- Create and maintain curriculum, demos, labs, and learning materials aligned to business and technical learning objectives.
- Explain technical concepts through implementation scenarios, live project examples, and end-to-end use cases.
- Support learning programs across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, as well as integration and configuration topics.
The team
The Deloitte Technology Academy (DTA) will be a leading-edge, branded educational institute that develops new age digital skills, offering a comprehensive cross-business curriculum, blend of solutions, dedicated faculty, and strategic partnerships that differentiate Deloitte as the premier organization for technology skills development. When operating at full scale, we expect DTA to train tens of thousands of learners annually in critical technology skills including AI, Cloud, Cyber, custom development, and package technologies.
Location: Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-7 years of corporate training experience in Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in Salesforce training, development, or implementation
- Experience facilitating instructor-led technical training for adult learners
- Experience designing curriculum, learning assets, and labs for Salesforce topics
- Experience delivering training in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce DX, Salesforce development environments such as Visual Studio Code, and Salesforce integration and configuration
- Experience teaching end-to-end Salesforce concepts through demos, implementation scenarios, and business examples
- Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
Preferred:
- One or more Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, or Force.com Developer
- Facilitation or trainer certification
- Market-recognized certification in a Salesforce niche skill area
- Experience designing and delivering learning solutions with measurable business results
- Experience analyzing program data and presenting insights and trends to stakeholders
- Experience with Agentforce or Data Cloud
