Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead full-cycle SAP B1 implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and scope.
2. Ability to review and audit configuration of different modules: Financials, Fixed Asset Register, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and MRP.
3. Conduct "As-Is" business process analysis and create "To-Be" blueprint documentation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and process alignment.
5. Manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot system errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration glitches.
6. Provide ongoing support and optimization services to ensure the long-term stability of the SAP environment.
Technical Skills:
1. Core Modules: Expert-level knowledge of Finance (G/L, AR/AP, Banking, Fixed Assets), Inventory, and Production.
2. Data Tools: Proficiency in Data Transfer Workbench (DTW) for mass data imports.
3. Direct hands-on experience working with SAP Business One on HANA environments.
4. Querying: Strong HANA SQL skills to write stored procedures, views, and triggers.
5. Reporting: Proficiency in Crystal Reports (Formula fields, Parameters, Sub-reports).
6. Develop and maintain dashboards using SAP B1 Analytics (HANA).
7. Solid understanding of SAP and HANA technical architectures.
Functional Skills:
1. Strong understanding of accounting principles, Local Taxation, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Manufacturing processes.
2. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for implementation.
3. Professional verbal and written communication skills tailored for both technical teams and executive leadership.
4. Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications.
Educational Background & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation and support.
3. Must have completed at least 2–4 full-cycle SAP Business One implementations.
4. Hands-on experience with SAP Business One on HANA.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
