Production & Quality Engineer

Job details

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise production activities and ensure smooth execution.

 Perform quality inspection and quality control.

 Read engineering drawings and BOMs.

 Monitor daily production and prepare reports.

 Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

 Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, and PPC teams.

 Drive process improvement initiatives.

 Maintain production and quality documentation.

 Manage shop-floor manpower effectively.
