We're Hiring: Social Media Marketing Expert
Location: Vasant Kunj Enclave, New Delhi – 110070 (Near Chhatarpur Metro Station)
Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday off may be provided based on workload; it is not a fixed weekly off.)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on skills, experience, and expertise.)

We are a fast-growing Socialvilla Digital Marketing Agency working with clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and client-focused Social Media Marketing Expert who can independently manage multiple brands and contribute strategic ideas.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Agency experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 6–8 client accounts simultaneously.
- Create monthly social media content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with the design and content team to get posts created.
- Plan, script, and execute engaging Reels and short-form video content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement them for clients.
- Manage and grow brand presence across:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
- Pinterest
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Create social media strategies tailored to each client's business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide regular updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Good understanding of content strategy, engagement, and platform algorithms.
- Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Confident in attending client meetings and presenting strategies, reports, ideas, and future plans.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
