Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, your day typically involves overseeing the smooth functioning and delivery of production systems and services. You will be engaged in monitoring operational requirements and ensuring that service agreements are met effectively. Your role includes coordinating with various teams to maintain system stability, addressing any operational challenges promptly, and facilitating continuous service availability. You will also be involved in managing workflows that support the overall operational health of the systems, ensuring that all processes align with organizational standards and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and timely issue resolution.
- Document operational procedures and maintain accurate records to support knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of process enhancements to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Okta Identity Management, Identity Access Management (IAM), CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Strong understanding of directory services and user account management.
- Experience in managing access controls and permissions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication and authorization services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
