Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS.
- Develop applications using Java/J2EE and Node.js.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and enterprise applications.
- Develop and consume REST APIs using scalable application architectures.
- Work with AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and Amazon Connect.
- Troubleshoot and support production issues across cloud applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
