Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, track, and convert digital leads into potential clients
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram)
- Monitor and optimize ad performance for better results
- Design posters, banners, and marketing creatives
- Create short promotional videos and reels
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Ensure regular posting, engagement, and follower growth
- Update and maintain website content
- Implement basic SEO and monitor website performance
- Communicate with clients and respond to enquiries
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
- Create engaging content for social media, ads, blogs, and newsletters
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in running ads (Google & Meta preferred)
- Skills in graphic design and video editing
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Video editing skills (Reels/Shorts creation)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
