Job Title: Product Trainer
Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu
We are seeking a highly motivated Trainer to deliver and enhance structured training programs across Entity Research, Fixed Income Reference Data, and Corporate Actions (Entity-Level and Instrument-Level). The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in financial markets and data management, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into effective learning modules. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for knowledge sharing, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive impactful learning outcomes and continuous capability building.
Key Responsibilities:-
Technical Training Delivery

Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions on:
-
Entity Research (Issuer profiling, sector classification, ownership structures)
-
Training on Bond Reference Data including security identifiers (ISIN, CUSIP, etc.), bond structures, coupon types, and key instrument attributes.

Fixed Income lifecycle events
-
Corporate Actions:
-
Entity-Level (Mergers, Bankruptcy, Name Change, etc.)
-
Instrument-Level (Interest Payment, Re-tap, Redemptions, etc.)
-
Explain financial concepts in a simplified and structured manner.
-
Provide real-time examples and case studies from financial markets.
Content Development
-
Develop structured training materials:
-
Training decks, SOP documents, Knowledge assessments (MCQs, case studies)
-
Update training content based on process changes or market developments.
-
Create chronological and categorized learning modules.
Assessment & MSR Evaluation
-
Design and conduct assessments to evaluate Minimum Skill Requirements (MSR).
-
Track trainee progress and provide performance feedback.
-
Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher sessions where required.
Production Readiness & Handover
-
Prepare trainees for transition to production teams.
-
Conduct mock exercises and practical assignments.
-
Coordinate with managers and HR for team allocation and smooth handover.
Professional Development Training
Deliver sessions on: Office Etiquette, Email Etiquette, Phishing
Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with: Production Managers, Quality Team & HR Team

Collect feedback to improve training effectiveness.

Ensure alignment between training curriculum and production expectations.
Key Qualifications: -
Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
