This role needs both strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on on-platform advertising, performance optimisation, analytics, and collaboration with broader growth teams to meet both top-line and bottom-line objectives. This is a high-impact growth role where the Quick Commerce Performance and will be responsible for driving revenue, efficiency & visibility across Quick Commerce platforms

Responsibilities.

End-to-end management / execution / optimization and monitoring of Quick Commerce digital media campaigns

Monitor daily and weekly performance trends including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, spend, profitability, and sales

Analyze SKU wise platform performance including Sales & revenue / CTR / Conversion rate / Page views / Impressions & click share

Conduct root cause analysis for fluctuations in revenue or campaign performance
- Track and report key Quick Commerce performance metrics including Input metrics / Performance metrics / Day-parting performance / Campaign laddering effectiveness

Closely track organic rankings and product-level Share of Voice

Correlate PPC activity with organic rank movement and revenue uplift ·
- Predict and optimise performance by aligning paid campaigns with organic growth goals

Stay updated with new and emerging tools, formats, and best practices Quick Commerce advertising ecosystems

Work closely with the overall growth and category teams to Share insights and performance learnings / Design and run experiments and tests / Ensure alignment of PPC efforts with overall business goals

Drive new ideas and processes for Account structure optimisation / Keyword strategy development / Bidding frameworks / Ad copy and content optimisation

Daily monitoring, optimisation and reporting of campaign performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills & Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Prior experience working with Quick Commerce platforms for various product categories
- Familiarity with demographic performance analysis and optimisation
