Position: CNC Turning Setter
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC Turning Machines for production.
- Set tools, work offsets, and cutting parameters according to drawings.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset correction, and job setting.
- Handle job loading, unloading, and component inspection.
- Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Make necessary offset corrections to maintain required dimensions.
- Identify machining defects and take corrective action.
- Handle first-piece inspection and ensure production quality.
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required.
- Troubleshoot basic machine and machining problems.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in CNC Turning machine setting.
- Good knowledge of tool selection, offsets, and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read 2D engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of tolerance and dimensional inspection.
- Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc/Siemens is preferred.
- Good knowledge of different turning operations.
- Ability to handle setting and troubleshooting independently.
- Good problem-solving skills.
Experience: 5–10 years in CNC Turning Setter role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
